Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 is a looter shooter developed by Gearbox Software and published by 2K. It takes place on Kairos. Players pick one of four new Vault Hunters and push back against the Timekeeper with huge weapon variety, Action Skills, and deep build options.

The game leans hard into co-op. It supports up to four players online. Local split-screen for two players is also planned on supported consoles. Movement is faster than in earlier entries, which gives fights a sharper pace.

Gearbox also built Borderlands 4 for a long tail. Bounty Packs, Story Packs, new bosses, and extra Vault Hunters are meant to keep the endgame active after launch.
