The 1.4.3.5 update for Battlefield 6 will be available to download on September 30, 2026, at 08:00 UTC on all platforms. Announced on September 29, this quality-of-life update targets menus, the HUD, social features, game modes, certain maps, AI and stability. SeeThe full official patch notesfor details.

08:00 UTC is the announced release time for the update. The announcement does not specify the download size, installation time or a possible end to maintenance, so players may have to wait longer before returning to a match depending on deployment conditions.

Issues fixed in the menus and HUD

Leaving a match for the main menu should no longer cause an endless loading screen. End-of-match navigation and the display of social information should also behave more consistently. When downed, the minimap now appears as intended.

The update also fixes a crash that could occur in Spectator mode during large-scale experiences. The Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw and Robert “Bob” Floyd skins also lose their class restrictions and can be used with any NATO class.

Two adjustments concern progression and purchases. After cancelling a Battlefield Coins purchase, navigation to the purchase button returns to its intended behaviour. Phantom Program XP booster rewards also display the correct icons at the end of a match.

Wake Island, Carrier Strike and PS5 fixes

On Wake Island, two invisible barriers that obstructed movement in a bunker near objective E have been removed. In Carrier Strike, the APHEI cannon can no longer damage the vehicle carrying it.

On PS5, scope edges should now use the intended thickness for the SU-123, CCO, Ro-M, 2PRO, 3VZR, R4T, 1P86 Variable, 1p88 variable, NFX and SSDS optics. This change affects this specific display; the announcement does not mention any changes to their characteristics.

What changes in REDSEC

A floating zipline has been removed from the elevator shaft at the Tech Campus point of interest on the REDSEC map. In Battle Royale, platform icons in the “Recent Interactions” menu of proximity chat now display correctly.

AI-controlled vehicles should also navigate the shallow waters of Tsuru Reef more reliably, preventing them from submerging. This is behaviour announced by the developer; these notes do not include any independent observation.

What to know before downloading

Version 1.4.3.5 mainly targets navigation lockups, interface errors and several specific situations on Wake Island, REDSEC, Carrier Strike and Tsuru Reef. The announced content remains focused on convenience and stability, with effects that vary according to the mode or platform in use.

The download is scheduled for September 30 at 08:00 UTC on all platforms. For more information, visit theBattlefield 6page. The availability time is known, but the time needed before a match can be started again remains to be confirmed.
