The announcement does not specify the game or expansion prices or provide a complete platform list.

The patch corrects configurations that failed to deduct money on multiplayer servers. It also improves rain effects during high-speed travel and updates the appearance of raindrops on vehicle shaders.

The accompanying expansion and pack updates add more targeted changes. Highlands Fishing Expansion 1.5.0.0 includes text and translation adjustments. Straw Harvest Pack 1.2.0.0 adds hall-crane bindings for joysticks, side panels and steering wheels, and adds straw and hay pellets to unloading points compatible with feeding robots. Pumps N’ Hoses Pack 1.1.0.0 brings various visual and functional adjustments and fixes a bedding conflict with Straw Harvest.
What mod creators need to know
For security reasons, Patch 1.24 disables the Lua loadstring function. It also adds a warning for getUniqueUserId() before that function is removed in a future update. The announcement gives no removal date or migration procedure, so the warning signals a coming compatibility issue without setting an immediate deadline.
The first launch after the update may also stutter while shaders are recompiled, particularly when mods or customized graphics settings are in use. The announcement does not quantify how long this may last or how often it occurs, and the initial stutter should not automatically be interpreted as a persistent performance problem.
For players, the update combines free new equipment with fixes to multiplayer deductions and rain rendering. For mod creators, the disabled Lua function is an immediate change, while the warning around getUniqueUserId() calls for preparation ahead of a later update.
