Ether nodes offer better odds
The largest changes affect Ether nodes. The chance for Treasure Chests rises from 1% to 3%, while Presence of Evil increases from 1% to 8%. Infernal Ascendancy receives the biggest increase, moving from 15% to 40%. Infernal Bodyguards now provides 2 units instead of one.
Patch 7.0.11 also adds Whispering Prophet Ether to Chaos Pillars. Each pillar level has a 0.5% chance of containing a Prophet’s Wisdom. Major node tooltips now show the tags of their sub-nodes, giving players more information before they commit to a path.
Group play loses less loot in one situation
The loot reduction applied when a player fails to tag a monster is now 50% lower. The penalty has also been removed for blood pacts, making that activity less punishing for groups. Controller jumps get a wider minimum range
