Preordering a digital Standard or Vault edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 by October 23 qualifies you for the ICR-1 — Shattered Relay weapon blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile. Claiming it also requires linking your Activision account and logging into Modern Warfare 4 on launch day with that same account.
In its October 12 announcement, Call of Duty sets out the offer’s conditions for digital preorders on console or PC. The mobile reward has a separate delivery schedule: distribution begins on October 30, rather than when you purchase Modern Warfare 4 or first log in.
Standard and Vault both qualify for Shattered Relay
The digital Standard edition qualifies for this blueprint, as does the digital Vault edition. You do not need to choose Vault to receive Shattered Relay. Whichever eligible edition you preorder, you still need to complete the account and login steps.
The announcement also lists campaign early access from October 16 and DMZ early access from October 20 for both digital editions. Those dates concern access to Modern Warfare 4 content; they do not bring forward delivery of the Call of Duty: Mobile blueprint. Dates and availability remain subject to changes depending on the platform, possible interruptions and time-zone differences.

Link your account before logging in at launch
Start in Call of Duty: Mobile by creating or linking an Activision account. Then preorder a digital edition of Modern Warfare 4 on console or PC by October 23. The announcement gives a calendar deadline without specifying a cutoff time or time zone.
Modern Warfare 4 launches on October 23. Call of Duty asks eligible players to log into the game as soon as possible that day so their Activision ID can be registered. You must use the same Activision account linked to Call of Duty: Mobile.
If you have already preordered, check that you have linked your Activision account in Call of Duty: Mobile, then use that account for the launch-day login. The purchase meets the preorder condition, but it does not replace the account linking and login needed to receive the reward.
Check your mobile mailbox from October 30
Shattered Relay will be delivered through the Call of Duty: Mobile in-game mailbox. Distribution is scheduled to start on October 30, continue in phases and finish by November 30. Eligible players therefore should not expect everyone to receive the blueprint on the first day.
After November 30, eligible players who still have not received it can contact Activision Support. Missing-reward claims must be submitted by December 31, 2026.
For players choosing an edition specifically for Shattered Relay, digital Standard meets the requirement. Receiving it depends on completing the account steps and launch-day login, with delivery following later through the mobile mailbox.
