Planet Zoo 2’s Zoopedia welcomes 6 species featured in an official post published on October 6, 2026, at 14:03:51 UTC: the siamang, red-eyed tree frog, Javan green magpie, grizzly bear, greater flamingo and North Sulawesi babirusa.
6 animals revealed in the Zoopedia
The post announces that these animals have been added to the Zoopedia, but does not confirm that they are already available in a playable version. That distinction matters to players following Planet Zoo 2’s content: this is an introduction to the species, not an announcement of their availability.
A few species remain to be revealed, with no date given. The post points readers to the Planet Zoo 2 website for the remaining reveals and to the Zoopedia for details about upcoming animals.
