Four games for different kinds of sessions
Sniper Elite: Resistance is available on PS5 and PS4. Its offering includes a playable co-op campaign, the return of Axis Invasion and competitive matches for up to 16 players. Survival mode supports enemy waves with up to three other participants, making it the most combat-focused game in the selection.
Exclusive to PS5, MLB The Show 26 centres on career progression and team-building. Road To The Show adds eleven new college teams, while Diamond Dynasty introduces Red Diamond cards and series tied to the 2026 season. The lineup also comes with a Jump Start Bundle available from September 1 to October 6, containing 5 The Show Packs, one Equipment Pack and one Jumpstart Choice Pack.
Wobbly Life supports solo play, online co-op and local split-screen on PS5 and PS4, with up to four players in total. Its story missions, mini-games and Arcade mode — including Trash Zone, Hide & Seek, Wobble Run and Sandbox — give the monthly selection its broadest multiplayer option.
On PS4, Chained Echoes offers a solo JRPG adventure across Valandis, a continent shaped by war between three kingdoms. Its 16-bit presentation combines magic, dragons and mechanical armor.
The previous games leave on August 31
The new lineup will remain available until Monday, October 5, after its launch on Tuesday, September 1. PlayStation recommends checking the PlayStation Store on launch day because availability can differ by region. Members have until August 31 to add Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk and Signalis to their library.
For the September selection, the practical choice depends on the session: Sniper Elite: Resistance and Wobbly Life cover multiplayer, MLB The Show 26 targets PS5 players interested in progression, and Chained Echoes is the solo PS4 option. The access period is fixed, while regional availability remains the main point to check.
