A new trailer for The Apothecary Diaries Season 3 was released on September 25. The official announcement from Crunchyroll News highlights new challenges for Maomao and Jinshi and reveals Eve’s “AIYOU” as the series’ ending theme song.

OLM leads the production
Akinori Fudesaka directs the third season at OLM, with Wataru Nakagawa credited as assistant director. Norihiro Naganuma handles series composition, while Yuko Kakkihara, Misuzu Chiba and Hitomi Ogawa are credited with the scripts.
Yukiko Nakatani is responsible for the character designs. The music is credited to Satoru Kosaki, Kevin Penkin and Arisa Okehazama.
The original light novels are written by Natsu Hyuuga, illustrated by Touko Shino and published in Japan by Shufunotomo under its Hero Bunko imprint.
For now, the key update is the combination of a September 25 trailer, Eve’s newly revealed ending theme and a 2-cour schedule beginning October 2. The second cour and the separately announced original-story film extend the season’s rollout beyond that first broadcast date.
