Avowed

Avowed is set in the world of Eora, already known from Pillars of Eternity, but shifts the experience toward a more immediate first-person adventure. The player becomes an envoy of Aedyr tasked with uncovering what is spreading through the Living Lands, a region that is as vibrant as it is unstable.

The game is built around flexible character progression. Melee weapons, shields, bows, firearms, grimoires, and divine powers can be combined to fit different playstyles, supported by Fighter, Ranger, Wizard, and Godlike skill trees.

Companions are also central to both exploration and combat. Kai, Giatta, Marius, and Yatzli each bring their own abilities, reactions, and perspective on the player’s choices, giving the journey a more personal shape.
