Echoes of Aincrad

Echoes of Aincrad is set in the floating castle of Aincrad. Instead of a fixed lead, it puts a custom character at the center of the adventure. Real-time combat, weapon growth, stat progression, and AI partner support form the core loop.

Players move between towns, quests, exploration, and crafting. Several weapon types can be mastered. New areas open as character strength grows. The key goal is simple: make this Sword Art Online adaptation work as a real action RPG on its own.

The game is scheduled for July 10, 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A public demo is already live, with official save transfer planned for the full release.
