What Supercell has announced
According to Supercell, Hero Electro Wizard can stun 2 nearby enemies at once for a few seconds with its Surging Strikes ability. The Hero is available in Upgraded Pass Royale; the announcement does not specify its price.

Supercell describes the Electro Giant Evolution’s Zap Pack 2.0 as an expanding electric pulse that shrinks enemies in range and lowers their level. The Album Event lets players unlock this Evolution, with an emote and a tower skin as rewards.
How to get the Album Event rewards
Players can earn up to 3 Snippets per day as battle rewards, or get them through events and the Shop. Four duplicate Snippets can be exchanged for a Unique Snippet guaranteed to be new.
Supercell has announced 20 new cards for the C.H.A.O.S. modes, which feature different variants. C.H.A.O.S. Blackout is scheduled for October 19–26, C.H.A.O.S. Draft for October 19 to November 2, and C.H.A.O.S. Power Surge for October 26 to November 2.
Other dates to know
Spooky Chess returns from October 5 to 19. The mode offers 2 badges: one for completing the league road and another for reaching the top 10,000 on the leaderboard. The Power Surge Global Tournament is scheduled for October 20–25; its leaderboard badge goes to the top 10,000 players. Finally, the 20-Win Challenge runs from October 26 to November 2 and requires 20 wins with fewer than 3 losses.
In the Keep the Lights On community event, players must win one battle each day and choose a reward on a red or blue space. That choice adds or removes energy from a shared power source. The reward will depend on how much energy remains at the end and will be available to everyone who participates; Supercell will share more details closer to the event. The listed dates do not specify a year, time or timezone.
