Getting the ICR-1 — Shattered Relay weapon blueprint in Call of Duty: Mobile requires more than a Modern Warfare 4 preorder. Activision’s October 12 announcement asks eligible players to log into Modern Warfare 4 on October 23, its announced launch date, using the same Activision account linked to the mobile game.
The digital Standard edition qualifies
The bonus comes with preorders of the digital Standard and Vault editions of Modern Warfare 4 on console or PC. For players choosing between those editions specifically for Shattered Relay, Standard meets the requirement; upgrading to Vault is unnecessary for this reward. The blueprint is delivered in Call of Duty: Mobile, with distribution starting October 30 following a separate schedule from the Modern Warfare 4 launch.
You must have the same Activision account set up for both games. If you use several Activision accounts, check which one is linked to Call of Duty: Mobile before logging into Modern Warfare 4. Matching the account is a condition for receiving the blueprint, so completing the purchase and launch-day login across different accounts would not satisfy the announced procedure.
Both editions also list campaign early access starting October 16 and DMZ early access starting October 20. Activision warns that these periods may be affected by interruptions and time zone differences, and that dates and availability by platform may change. Those early access dates are separate from the October 23 login requested for the mobile reward.
What to do by October 23
Start in Call of Duty: Mobile by creating or linking an Activision account. Then preorder a digital Standard or Vault edition of Modern Warfare 4 on console or PC by October 23. Activision does not specify a cutoff time or time zone for the preorder deadline, so the date should not be read as a confirmed end-of-day purchasing window.
On October 23, log into Modern Warfare 4 as soon as possible with that same Activision account. The purchase and login are separate requirements: preordering alone does not complete the process for this bonus.

Once the reward arrives, claim it from the in-game mailbox in Call of Duty: Mobile. This is the final step in the procedure, but it comes after the launch-day login rather than immediately alongside it.
Delivery starts October 30 and runs through November 30
Activision plans to distribute the blueprint in phases starting October 30, with delivery completed by November 30. Eligible players can therefore receive it at different points during that window. An empty mobile mailbox on October 23 is consistent with the announced schedule and does not, by itself, indicate a failed claim.
Check the Call of Duty: Mobile mailbox during the distribution period. If the blueprint is still missing after November 30 despite meeting the requirements, Activision directs affected players to Activision Support. Claims must be submitted by December 31, 2026.
The practical distinction is between qualifying at launch and collecting the reward later: digital Standard is sufficient, but the matching account and October 23 login still matter. Delivery follows its own window, with a support deadline for eligible players whose blueprint never arrives. More gaming news on JEU.VIDEO.
