The third That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime stage play is officially titled That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Stage 3: Demon Lord's Awakening & Octagram Soars Arc. Crunchyroll News reports that the production has also published its key visual and photos of its 17 main cast members. Performances are scheduled at Tokyo’s Theater 1010 from October 22 to 25, 2026. Crunchyroll News provides the announcement details. the announcement published by Crunchyroll News

Hana Ogi returns as Rimuru

Hana Ogi, a member of the Japanese group ≠ME, continues to play Rimuru Tempest. Crunchyroll News has identified her with the role since the first stage play in 2023, which was performed in Osaka and Tokyo in August of that year. Her return gives the third production a clear link to the 2 earlier installments.

The announcement presents photos of the 17 main cast members, but the available details do not identify the role associated with each performer. The news therefore confirms the size and continuity of the ensemble without yet providing a complete character-by-character cast breakdown.

The writing and directing team remains in place

Naohiro Ise, who has worked on the stage-play series since its first installment, continues as both scriptwriter and director. That keeps the production’s central creative lead unchanged as the series moves into its third named arc.

The first stage adaptation brought Fuse’s isekai fantasy light novels to the stage in Osaka and Tokyo in August 2023. The follow-up, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Stage 2: Demon Lord Attack & Human-Monster Interaction Arc, followed in July and August 2024. Stage 3 is thus part of an established theatrical series, with a new arc title and a returning creative team.

Tokyo dates are confirmed, but showtimes are still to come

The Theater 1010 engagement will run across four calendar days, from October 22 through October 25, 2026. The announcement does not include individual performance times, so the schedule is not yet detailed enough to plan around a specific showing.

For now, the confirmed changes are the third production, its announced arc title, a 17-member main-cast presentation and a four-day Tokyo run. Hana Ogi’s return and Naohiro Ise’s continued involvement preserve the main creative continuity from the earlier stage plays.
