Warframe announced Iceblade of Narin as available on September 23, 2026. The update introduces Narin, new encounters aboard the Zariman and a social hub on Earth. Its experimental six-player mode, Glacial Defiance, was postponed until a few weeks after launch, with a provisional release window rather than a fixed date.
Narin Joins the Arsenal, Yuvan Peak Opens on Earth
Narin is the sixty-sixth Warframe and is presented as the first female Warframe with an ice theme. Her signature weapons are the Nunchasa Bow and the Aksondol Dual Pistol, giving the new character both a bow and dual pistols among the update’s announced arsenal additions.
Iceblade of Narin also sends players back to the Zariman to face the Entropic Eximus. Yuvan Peak, meanwhile, is a new social hub on Earth. The destinations have distinct roles: the Zariman return brings combat encounters, while Yuvan Peak adds a gathering place.

The Banshee Threnodia and Qorvex Basilica collections are available in the in-game market. These are customization collections; Banshee Threnodia should be distinguished from the base Banshee offered through the separate launch login reward.
The Announced Banshee Login Deadline Has Passed
The launch offer granted a free base Banshee and a built Forma to players who logged in before October 7. There was no Mastery Rank or experience-level requirement, so the announced eligibility condition applied equally to newcomers and experienced players: log in before the deadline.
That announced deadline has now passed. Returning players should treat the reward as a past launch promotion. The launch announcement does not establish a current offer, and the provisional release window for Glacial Defiance is not a reward deadline.
Glacial Defiance Was Delayed to Strengthen Teamwork
Glacial Defiance is an experimental mode designed for six players. Its postponement was intended to give its cooperative side objectives a stronger team focus, alongside additional fixes and polish. Those objectives were part of the work planned for the delayed release.
Warframe’s official announcement on Steam gave a likely release window between September 23 and October 15, without committing to a specific date. That estimate alone does not establish whether the mode is available today. Before organizing a six-player session, check for an official release announcement confirming its availability.
Iceblade of Narin’s launch and Glacial Defiance’s release are separate milestones. Narin, the Zariman encounters and Yuvan Peak were announced with the update; the six-player mode needs its own release confirmation before a group plans around it. More gaming coverage is available on JEU.VIDEO.
