Wild Rift patch 7.3b adds 10 seconds to Nocturne’s Paranoia cooldown at every rank and brings Jhin’s Whisper missing-health damage cap forward to level 10 from level 15.
Published on October 14, 2026 by the Wild Rift Game Design Team, the official notes also cover changes to items, runes and the jungle. Riot says content will roll out throughout the patch; the publication date does not mean everything becomes available simultaneously.
Jhin reaches his cap earlier, Nocturne waits longer
Jhin’s adjustment changes when Whisper’s missing-health damage reaches its maximum during his progression. For Nocturne, Paranoia’s cooldown rises from 110/90/70 to 120/100/80 seconds, extending the interval between uses equally at every ability rank.
Tryndamere’s Battle Fury now grants a fixed 0.5% critical strike chance per point of Fury, replacing the previous 0.3–0.5% scaling based on level. The change gives him the former upper value throughout that progression, rather than raising the maximum bonus per point.
Volibear’s Frenzied Maul attack damage ratio increases from 100% to 110%. Yasuo’s Way of the Wanderer shield rises from 77–529 to 77–630 depending on level: its starting value stays the same, while its maximum increases.
Several champions receive reductions to their damage or scaling:
- Hwei: Signature of the Visionary’s damage falls from 40–285 depending on level, plus 30% ability power, to 30–280, plus 25% ability power. Both its base damage and ability power ratio decrease.
- Yunara: Cultivation of Spirit’s passive and active damage each fall from 10/15/20/25 to 5/10/15/20.
- Senna: each Black Mist stack grants 0.9 attack damage instead of 1.25, reducing the attack damage gained from the same number of stacks.
Riot also reports a fix for Yun Tal Wildarrows’ attack speed effect sometimes triggering incorrectly.

Youmuu’s Ghostblade and Locket cost less
Youmuu’s Ghostblade’s in-game cost drops from 3,000 to 2,900. Locket of the Iron Solari falls from 2,600 to 2,500, and its health increases from 200 to 300. Both purchases require 100 less in-game currency, with Locket also providing more health.
Warmog’s Heart moves in the other direction: its activation threshold rises from 900 to 1,250. A build that only met the previous threshold will need to reach the higher value to satisfy this requirement.
The Cheap Shot rune’s cooldown decreases from 7 to 5 seconds, shortening the wait before it can trigger again.
Crimson Raptor gains health
Crimson Raptor’s base health increases from 1,000 to 1,100, while its health gained per level rises from 110 to 125. The jungle monster therefore has a larger health pool at its base value and gains more health as it levels up.
In AAA ARAM, Goliath’s bonus health increases from 20% to 30%. That adjustment is specific to the mode.
For builds using Warmog’s Heart, the higher threshold is the requirement to check before relying on the effect. The cheaper item purchases offer savings, but neither those savings nor the published champion adjustments establish how the patch will change match results.
