Marathon

Marathon is an extraction shooter developed by Bungie. Players become runners sent into dangerous zones, where objectives, loot and escape routes shape every match.

The game revives the Marathon name, but it turns it into a modern multiplayer FPS. Its appeal depends on run pacing, map knowledge and the pressure created by rival squads.

Marathon is planned for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Bungie presents it as an evolving competitive game, with seasons designed to add maps, systems and events.
