Brantanson01 Posté(e) il y a 1 heure Signaler Posté(e) il y a 1 heure I am currently using Microsoft Outlook, and my PST file has become very large over time because of old emails, attachments, and archived data. Now Outlook is running very slowly, and sometimes it even freezes while searching or sending emails. I want to reduce the PST file size, but I also want to make sure that no emails, folders, or attachments are deleted by mistake. My problem is that I am not sure which method works safely across all Outlook versions (such as Outlook 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, and Outlook 365). Can anyone please suggest a reliable and simple way to decrease PST file size in all Outlook versions without data loss?

Outlook kept freezing because my PST file had gotten too big. I attempted a number of manual techniques, but none of them produced results I was happy with. At that point, I discovered Softaken Compress PST Software. Without harming any emails, attachments, or folders, this tool shrinks the size of the PST file. I found it easy to use with all Outlook versions and observed a notable boost in performance.
