ElenaMarkovic Posté(e) il y a 2 heures Signaler Posté(e) il y a 2 heures I'm sitting here almost seven months after tripping on a loose carpet strip at the office and tearing something in my ankle, and I feel like I've gotten nowhere. The first few months were just waiting for someone to approve the MRI, then waiting for the specialist appointment, then waiting for physical therapy to start, and now I'm supposedly "maximizing medical improvement" but still can't stand at my desk for more than twenty minutes without needing to sit down. The insurance company keeps sending me these forms asking the same questions over and over like they're hoping I'll slip up and say something inconsistent, and every time I call for an update I get some different representative who puts me on hold forever. My brother keeps asking why I haven'tlawyered up yet, but honestly I don't even know if that speeds things up or just adds more layers to wait through. I finally started reading about Workers Compensation Attorney Law just to understand what the normal timeline even looks like, because right now it feels like this cloud is just gonna hang over my life forever. For those of you with complicated injuries, how long did it take before you felt like things actually started moving toward a resolution?
