I promised her that I would be there but my professor just assigned a surprise essay that is due tomorrow. I am sitting in the library feeling so guilty and overwhelmed. I know she will be disappointed and I am so mad at myself for not being able to do it all. I got so frustrated that I even had the thought that I should find someone to write my assignment for me so I could be there for her. How do you guys handle letting your family down?
