League of Legends patch 26.22 reworks Mel’s W and enables Butcher’s Bridge and Koeshin’s Crossing in ARAM: Mayhem. Riot published the notes on November 3, 2026; that is the publication date, not a confirmed patch deployment date.
The update also changes damage values for Yasuo and Corki, reduces Doran’s Bow’s attack damage and adjusts ARAM: Mayhem augments. Riot says the download will be larger than usual as Teamfight Tactics begins its move to a standalone client.
Mel’s nova gets a new counterattack
Mel’s W now creates a nova that destroys enemy projectiles, shields Mel and allies within its area, and grants them movement speed. The destroyed projectiles trigger a counterattack when the nova ends.
In its patch notes, Riot says the counterattack replaces the reflection of effects. The developer also describes the changes as a shift of some of Mel’s power away from the early game and toward her scaling.
Her ultimate’s cooldown falls at its later ranks, changing from 120 / 100 / 80 seconds to 120 / 90 / 60 seconds. The first rank stays the same, while the ability becomes available sooner at the other ranks.
Yasuo, Corki and Doran’s Bow
Yasuo’s Q scaling drops from 105% to 100% of total attack damage. Its base damage remains unchanged, so the adjustment affects the portion calculated from his attack damage.
Corki’s ordinary R missiles gain damage: their base values rise from 90 / 170 / 250 to 100 / 190 / 280, while their ratio increases from 85% to 90% of bonus attack damage. Those figures apply to the ordinary missiles; Big One has separate damage values.
Doran’s Bow loses a point of attack damage, dropping from 8 to 7. Players using the item will have less attack damage from it alongside any changes to their chosen champion.

Two maps join the ARAM: Mayhem rotation
Butcher’s Bridge and Koeshin’s Crossing move from unavailable to enabled in the ARAM: Mayhem rotation. The patch also changes augments in the mode.
RISE! now resets an ultimate’s cooldown when it kills an enemy champion, up to 3 times. Soul Eater grants 30 health per stack, up from 20, increasing the health gained as its stacks accumulate.
A larger download as TFT moves to its own client
Riot says Teamfight Tactics will begin moving to a standalone client on November 4, 2026. The patch 26.22 download will be larger than usual, although Riot does not specify its size.
Existing TFT cosmetics will remain usable in League of Legends. Players preparing for the update should therefore account for a larger download, while the notes leave its exact size unspecified.
