The War Thunder 2.59.0.65 patch notes, published on October 13, 2026, announce the return of the affected Mozdok mission to Air Arcade Battles and the temporary removal of all Kamchatka missions from the air battle rotation. The update also addresses a bug affecting Indonesian crew voices.
For air battle players, the immediate change is the mission selection they can encounter. Mozdok's return follows a correction to a specific spawn point; Kamchatka's withdrawal covers every mission on that map in the air battle rotation while a fix is pending.
Mozdok returns with its southern spawn corrected
In the affected Mozdok mission, the southern team's spawn point was displaced northward into the capture zone. That placed the team's starting position inside an area intended for capture. The announced correction addresses the spawn's location, and the corresponding mission returns to the rotation.
Air Arcade Battles is the mode named for this return. Players looking to encounter the corrected mission again should therefore distinguish that announcement from a general change to Mozdok across all modes. The notes connect the return to the mission affected by the misplaced spawn; they do not describe a map-wide redesign.
Kamchatka is withdrawn pending a fix
The Kamchatka change has a broader mission scope: all of its missions are temporarily removed from the air battle rotation. Unlike the Mozdok correction, this announcement concerns a withdrawal while repair work remains pending, rather than a mission returning after its issue has been addressed.
No return date is announced. “Temporary” describes the intended status of the removal, but does not establish how long it will last. For players wondering why Kamchatka is absent from the rotation covered by this update, the withdrawal is the explanation given in the patch notes.

Indonesian crew voices receive an audio fix
The crew audio bug substituted default voices for the Indonesian crew voices. The patch notes announce a correction to that substitution, addressing which voices are used for the affected crew. This is separate from the mission rotation changes: it concerns crew audio rather than spawn placement or map availability.
The publisher also says the notes list only key changes and may not cover every improvement. These entries should therefore not be treated as a complete account of the update, or as evidence that other parts of the game received no changes.
The practical distinction is between a corrected mission returning and a map's missions being held out of rotation pending repair. Mozdok's announced return applies to Air Arcade Battles; Kamchatka's temporary withdrawal remains tied to a future fix.
