I visited the KLM Airlines Doha Office to get clarification on some of my questions regarding connecting flights and COVID procedures. I was given a detailed explanation by the representative. I had a smooth flight from Doha to Amsterdam and then to Madrid. The personnel on board were kind, and the flights were on time. I was reassured by the office help prior to departure, which made the trip worry-free. Having such expert assistance nearby is fantastic.
