Godzilla will attack Storm Point in Apex Legends from November 10 to December 1, 2026. Players can risk entering an impact zone to recover a custom Devotion, while an event pass offers challenges and themed rewards.
The monster cannot be defeated. EA presents the event as a celebration of the theatrical release of Godzilla Minus Zero.
Recover a Devotion in Godzilla’s path
In its detailed announcement, EA describes a Storm Point scarred by Godzilla’s passage, with damaged buildings and burned trees. The announcement published on Steam confirms that the Legends will not be able to defeat the monster.
To get the custom Devotion, EA instructs players to enter an impact zone before Godzilla’s beam strikes, then find a support pack there. The weapon has a heat beam capable of tracking opponents it hits. Recovering it therefore means approaching an area targeted by the monster rather than avoiding the attack altogether.
Event pass and Godzilla-themed skins
The event pass will offer challenges and rewards, including the Jet Jaguar skin for Octane and event packs. Players interested in the Premium track will need 950 Apex Coins; its rewards include the Ghidorah 1991 skin for Catalyst and a legendary Prowler skin.
EA has announced 10 Godzilla-themed Legend skins and nine legendary weapon skins in total. Event packs can also contain the Dorsal Dagger, a universal melee weapon, although it is not guaranteed to appear in every pack.
Twitch Drops run from November 10 to 17
Players can earn additional rewards by watching Apex Legends streams from selected creators on Twitch. Thirty minutes of viewing earns the Chibi Charmzilla charm, while 60 minutes earns the Mothra’s Milestones stat tracker set. An EA account must be linked to Twitch to be eligible.
The Drops run from November 10 to 17, ending before the in-game event. EA has not specified start or end times for either period, so players planning to watch for the rewards should keep that shorter window in mind.
Apex Legends is free to play on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC via the EA app, Epic Games Store and Steam. EA’s platform list covers the game generally and does not separately detail availability for each event item.
The Storm Point encounter puts Godzilla’s destruction and beam in players’ path without offering a way to defeat him. The rewards have distinct conditions: the Premium track costs Apex Coins, while Twitch Drops require viewing selected creators with a linked account.
