Delta Force is expanding its cheater-kill compensation policy. The G.T.I. Security Team says players affected by a cheater can now receive compensation when that account receives a 30-day ban, whereas the policy previously covered only 10-year bans. The change was announced on September 21, 2026, in an official security notice available viathe official notice published on Steam on September 21, 2026.
The procedure starts when an operator receives an email confirming that a 30-day or 10-year ban was successfully applied. Compensation is then sent by in-game mail within three business days of that confirmation email.
When compensation is issued
The new rule gives affected players access to compensation in more cases, but it does not apply a second time to every recovery situation. G.T.I. Security says no additional compensation will be issued if gear brought into the match was extracted by squadmates and later returned to the affected player.
The latest enforcement figures cover several platforms
For PC, the security team reports enforcement activity from September 14 to 20, 2026. It says 864 users received 10-year bans, while 110 DMA bans, real-time interceptions or freeze actions were also recorded. The same update reports 16 629 devices blocked for one year.
During that period, the team says it stopped 1 446 cheating attempts in real time and forced 9 956 players offline for cheating. It also issued 124 warnings for teaming with cheaters, recorded 22 bans involving the confiscation of unfairly obtained gains and took action against 35 cheating tools.
These figures describe different enforcement categories and should not be added together as though they represented one unique total of sanctioned accounts. Some refer to users, devices, attempts or tools rather than the same population of players.
On mobile, G.T.I. Security reports 339 10-year bans, 9 522 cheating attempts stopped in real time and action against 57 cheating tools. The mobile subsection is not explicitly tied to the PC reporting period of September 14 to 20. On console, the notice reports 14 violation-penalty bans without providing a separate period or a platform breakdown.
Economic-security enforcement targets automation
The update also covers activity that affects the game’s economy rather than cheating software alone. The listed targets include automated bulk account registration, automated multi-client login, auto-farming or “run-through,” auto-extraction and the automatic sale of supplies.
For what it calls the previous week, the security team says it addressed 119 397 economic-security instances. That figure includes 24 301 cases in which benefits were confiscated and 95 096 account bans. Because the notice uses the relative term “last week,” it does not establish a more precise calendar period for these numbers.
G.T.I. Security describes its policy as zero tolerance for violations involving plug-ins, illegal software, inappropriate behavior and the malicious use of exploits or bugs. It says real-time action against violating accounts will continue and asks operators to report inappropriate behavior through the in-game and community reporting channels.
For players affected by a confirmed cheater, the concrete change is straightforward: a successful 30-day ban can now trigger compensation where only a 10-year ban qualified before. The three-business-day delivery window begins after the confirmation email, while the squadmate-recovery exception remains in place.
