Delta Force’s October 9, 2026 update announces 1v1 Duel as available in Operations, with your choice of Operator, custom loadouts and friend invitations. The team scheduled the rollout without service interruption, according to the team’s notes.

Bring your own setup to 1v1 Duel

You can prepare a custom loadout outside the match, choose your Operator and invite a friend to face you. Equipment preparation is therefore part of the duel: the mode lets you bring your own setup into the encounter.

Operations also receives the Season-Exclusive Ammo event, announced for October 10–16. The ammunition can be purchased at the Auction House or obtained with a low probability from Operations Ammo Crates. Buying it offers an alternative to relying on a chance drop, though the announcement gives neither prices nor numerical drop rates. It lists the event dates without an exact closing time or time zone.

HT and HT+ share damage modifiers; LS adds a recoil trade-off

5.7 x 28 mm HT+ has level 4 penetration, while 5.7 x 28 mm HT has level 3 penetration. Both have a base damage multiplier of 1.2 and an armor damage multiplier of 0.2. The penetration level distinguishes them despite those shared damage modifiers.

Both ammunition types also deal blunt damage. The team says this damage increases as the opponent’s armor level decreases. That makes the target’s armor relevant alongside the ammunition’s penetration level; the published characteristics do not establish a universally better choice.

7.62 x 51 mm LS has level 5 penetration and increases muzzle velocity by 40%, at the cost of an 8% increase in vertical recoil. Its extra velocity therefore comes with a handling compromise. Headshots also apply Ear Ringing, reducing the opponent’s hearing range for 10 seconds; that auditory effect depends on landing a headshot.

K437 limb damage falls in Operations

The K437’s limb damage multiplier changes from 0.4 to 0.3 in Operations. The adjustment reduces damage from limb hits in that mode; it is not a blanket reduction to every hit from the weapon.

On mobile versions, QJB201 recoil increases and M14 recoil decreases across all modes. The notes specify the direction of these changes without quantifying their size.

Warfare adds teammate dragging and custom rooms

Drag Rescue lets you drag a dying teammate to a safe area to rescue them in Warfare. It gives players a way to move the teammate before attempting the rescue, rather than requiring the rescue to happen where they fell.

Free Battlefield lets you host rooms from the training screen and customize the maximum player count and match rules. These Warfare features are announced for the October 9–November 9 event period.

During that same period, Chief Command accompanies an optimization of Victory Unite. Players earn rewards by accumulating points in Warfare or completing active missions. The announcement does not specify what the Victory Unite optimization changes.

For Operations players, the ammunition choice involves distinct penetration levels, blunt damage behavior and LS’s velocity-versus-recoil compromise. If problems occur after the update, the team asks players to restart the game; an outdated client must be updated before it can connect.
