League of Legends will limit replay downloads to 10 per hour during patch 26.21. Riot published its official notes on October 20, 2026, announcing the restriction alongside champion balance changes.

Replay downloads remain available within the cap

Players will still be able to download their own replays, their friends’ replays and those of other players. The restriction caps download volume while keeping these categories available. Anyone collecting more than 10 replays will need to spread those downloads over time.

Riot says the restriction is intended to curb mass replay collection and that it will monitor usage. The limit is due to begin during patch 26.21, though the announcement does not specify an exact activation time.

Lee Sin and Jinx receive nerfs

Lee Sin’s W cooldown increases from 7 to 8 seconds. His R also loses base damage: both the kick and the collision drop from 175/400/625 to 150/350/550, depending on ability rank. The additional scaling shown in the notes remains unchanged, so this reduction affects the base damage of both parts of the ability.

Jinx’s base health falls from 630 to 610, while her attack damage growth decreases from 3.25 to 3 per level. These changes affect different parts of her progression: she starts with less health and gains less attack damage as she levels up.

Nunu & Willump and Sion gain stats

Nunu & Willump’s R maximum damage rises from 625/925/1275 to 750/1100/1450, with its AP ratio staying at 300%. These are maximum damage values, so they should not be read as damage guaranteed on every cast. The increase applies to the base maximum damage; the listed AP scaling remains the same.

Sion’s health growth increases from 87 to 95 per level. His base health remains at 655. The adjustment therefore increases the health he gains through levelling, leaving his starting health pool unchanged.

Taric and Twisted Fate get untargetable-unit changes

Taric’s Q, E and R will be able to trigger when his linked ally is untargetable. An exception remains for his E: it will not cast from an ally in the “Vanished” state. For that ability, the linked ally’s specific state still determines whether it can cast from their position.

Twisted Fate’s R, Destiny, will be able to reveal untargetable units. Revealing a unit concerns visibility; it does not mean that the unit becomes targetable.

True Damage skins announced for October 21

Riot has announced Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko and the True Damage Know My Name skins for Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo for October 21, 2026.

The replay cap preserves access to the announced categories of matches while limiting how many downloads players can make per hour. For larger collections, the practical change is the need to spread downloads over time.
