Sekina Aoi writes My Crush’s Crush, with artwork by Ryo Tsuzura. The manga has been published in Hakusensha’s Young Animal Zero since November 2022. According to Crunchyroll News, seven collected volumes have been released in Japan.
That gives the anime an established source to draw from, but the volume count does not reveal how the adaptation will be structured. Its episode count, pacing and intended stopping point have not been announced.
Sora’s confession starts a complicated love triangle
The story begins when Sora Akizuki confesses her feelings to Miya Fuwa. Miya rejects her because she loves Asahi Suzukaze. Sora then joins the mysterious “Clinical Trials Club,” which Asahi presides over, and discovers that Asahi is also in love with someone else.
