Pokémon Horizons is bringing several Pokémon from the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet universe into its next announced arc. In an announcement published byCrunchyroll Newson September 18, 2026, the series presented a new trailer and visual for Wonder Voyage. Both feature Ogerpon, the Loyal 3 and the four Treasures of Ruin. The announcement confirms which Pokémon the promotion is putting forward, but it does not explain their roles in the story or provide a release date for the arc. Ogerpon and the Loyal 3 made their debut in The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero Part 1: The Teal Mask, the first part of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC. Their appearance in Wonder Voyage connects the anime with that part of the games, without confirming a direct adaptation of its plot.
The trailer and visual also feature the four Treasures of Ruin. In the games, these Pokémon can be found in shrines spread across Paldea. That reference places more Scarlet and Violet elements around the new arc, while leaving open the reason they are being presented together.

Crunchyroll’s page identifies the trailer as belonging to the Wonder Voyage arc. It confirms appearances by Ogerpon, the Loyal 3 and the four Treasures of Ruin, but assigns them no specific mission, opponent or narrative function.
Nothing in the announcement establishes whether the anime will retell the events of The Teal Mask. The preview shows the Pokémon associated with the arc, but does not specify their interactions with the protagonists or how Paldea will factor into the story.
Wonder Voyage still has no announced release date
Pokémon Horizons: The Series introduced the first new protagonists in the history of the Pokémon franchise. The anime launched in Japan on April 14, 2023, with Saori Den directing at OLM.
Its English-language rollout began in the United Kingdom on BBC iPlayer in December 2023, followed by North America on Netflix on March 7, 2024. The second season, Pokémon Horizons: The Search for Laqua, launched on Netflix on February 7, 2025. Part 1 of season 3, Pokémon Horizons: Rising Hope, arrived on Netflix on January 6, 2026, while the most recent part launched on June 26.
Those dates describe the series’ previous launches, not the arrival of Wonder Voyage. For now, the trailer establishes a new gathering of Pokémon from Paldea and The Teal Mask; another announcement will be needed to clarify their importance and confirm when the arc will begin.
