Misaki looks for direction on the rails
Misaki wants to leave her everyday life behind and go somewhere. She has not yet decided what to do with her future, but she is searching for a passion. When she arrives on campus, she meets the members of the Railway Travel Club.
This setup points to a coming-of-age story shaped by university life and travel, rather than a series focused solely on railways. The train journey appears to support Misaki’s personal discovery, although the balance between contemplation, club activities and character development remains unknown.
Misuzu Hoshino is directing the anime at EAST FISH STUDIO. Aya Satsuki is responsible for series composition, Naonori Hashimoto is designing the characters and Takao Sounosuke is composing the music.
The livestream featured May Tachibana, who voices Misaki Sata, and Mao Shouji, who plays Kodama Orihara. Haruna Fukushima was also associated with Ushio Yagami. They are the first announced faces for this adaptation of an original work by TOMYTEC and Kisetsu Morita.
Japanese viewers have a confirmed appointment on October 8. For French-speaking audiences, the release date remains unannounced.
