Fell & Sell announced the rollout of patch 1.8.2 on October 21, 2026. The update fixes customer movement in Stone Emporium and Ivory Tower and changes the protection granted by the Juggernaut prayer.

Customers can enter Stone Emporium and reach Ivory Tower’s floors

In the official version 1.8.2 patch notes, the team reports a fix for customers being unable to enter Stone Emporium on certain saves. The scope matters: this was a blockage affecting particular saves, rather than a problem described as occurring in every game.

The Ivory Tower correction addresses movement inside the building. Customers were unable to visit every floor; the update is intended to let them reach all levels. These fixes tackle different points in a customer’s journey: entering Stone Emporium and circulating through Ivory Tower once inside.

For affected shops, the practical change is access to areas customers could not previously reach. That does not establish a particular increase in sales or revenue; the announced corrections concern customer movement.

The interface also receives a fix for overlapping windows when changing merchandise prices. This addresses the display during price adjustments, alongside the separate corrections to customer access.

Juggernaut replaces flat damage reduction with armor

Juggernaut now grants armor instead of flat damage reduction. Unlike the shop fixes, this changes the prayer’s defensive effect. Characters relying on its previous protection therefore need to account for a different effect rather than assume the old benefit still applies.

The team says the change is intended to prevent players from easily creating unkillable builds. That is the stated balancing goal, rather than confirmation that every such combination has been eliminated. The notes give neither an armor value nor a calculation showing how the replacement affects a particular character, so they do not support a precise estimate of the defensive difference.

The Might skill in the Knight tree also receives a correction: it should now work properly while moving around the Village. Separately, the update fixes typos and text in several languages.

For players whose characters depend on Juggernaut, the useful distinction is the replacement of its defensive effect, not just a change to its strength. The shop corrections, meanwhile, directly address the blocked entrances and inaccessible floors described in the patch notes.
