For mouse players, there is one specific habit to change: moving the pointer alone no longer moves the train during boss fights. To change lanes, click the lane you want the train to move to. The announcement describes this control change specifically for boss encounters.

The official patch notes state that lengthy boss encounters now end sooner. They also announce a reduction in Bahamut’s HP, without specifying the amount. There is no measured duration for the shorter fights, so the notes do not establish how much time either change will save.

The control change affects how you steer during these encounters. Knowing which lane you want to reach is only part of the action: moving the pointer there no longer moves the train by itself. You now need to click that lane to make the train follow.

DILEMMA BREAK fixes part installation

With DILEMMA BREAK, taking a part and “+1 part slot” together now installs the part even when all slots are full. The fix covers the combination of a new part and extra capacity when the train’s existing part slots are already occupied.

Taking both together is the condition attached to this fix. If your slots are full, the additional slot can accommodate the part obtained alongside it. The announcement does not describe this as a general change allowing parts to be installed beyond the available capacity.

Tickets show spending, rewards and blocking details

The sheep ticket now displays the sheep spent and the carriages obtained. This puts both sides of the exchange in the ticket’s information: the resource used and the result received. The announced change concerns what the ticket shows, with no change to its costs or rewards stated.

The rock ticket shield now indicates when it blocks and what it cannot block. That information helps distinguish a successful block from something outside the shield’s protection. The announcement describes clearer information about blocking, rather than an increase in the shield’s strength; it does not provide a list of the attacks covered.

When entering a boss fight with mouse controls, click the target lane to move the train. For part selection, the DILEMMA BREAK fix applies when taking a part and extra slot together, while the ticket changes make spending, rewards and blocking easier to understand.
